Meeting in person allows you to get a feel for whether we’re a good fit and for us to answer any additional questions. Meeting can last anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes.
To reserve our services, a signed agreement along with a 50% deposit is required. This will guarantee your DJ on your event date. Access to your client account and planning tools will then be arranged.
After reserving SOUNDSATIONS you are encouraged to utilize the powerful planning resources within your client account. Our planning form leads you through every aspect of your reception (and ceremony, if applicable). Check out our FACEBOOK page to stay current on any new services, trends, or advice that may be of interest to you during the planning phase.
One month prior to your event date, we will schedule a review with you to discuss the flow of your reception, music requirements and any other enhancements you have decided upon. Your final balance will be due at this time. After the review, we will prepare a summary based on all of our discussions.
